Tea Caddy Cobalt Net made by the Imperial (Lomonosov) Porcelain Manufactory hard porcelain with hand painted elements. The author of pattern - Yatskevich A. 
 
"Cobalt grid" — the card of Imperial porcelain plant. This pattern was born on light more than half a century back. It was thought up by the artist Anna Yatskevich. The service with such pattern received a gold medal at the World Fair in Brussels in 1958. The decor is made based on a service list "Own", the Russian porcelain made by the founder Dmitry Vinogradov in the middle of the XVIII century for the brilliant empress Elizabeth Petrovna.
