Sculpture Irish Setter, made by the Imperial Porcelain Manufactory of soft porcelain with underglaze hand painted.

Animalistic Sculpture collection. The very first sculpture appeared at Imperial porcelain plant in the middle of the XVIII century when the founder of the Russian porcelain D.I.Vinogradov made the Russia's first porcelain bear. Now the sculpture manufacturing techniques practically didn't change: all it is made only manually of "solid" and "soft" porcelain, the list is carried out also manually by podglazurny and nadglazurny paints. The most part of a collection is created by famous sculptors-animal painters B. Vorobyov, I.Riznich, P. Veselov and includes amusing figures of domestic wild animals, various breeds of dog and bird species, the exotic animals living in the Polar region and in the hot African savanna.
